Data controller / operator: [DRAŽEN MIOČ], trading as Human Dynamics.
1. Who this policy applies to
This Privacy Policy applies to Human Dynamics at tryhumandynamics.com. Human Dynamics provides AI-assisted negotiation and difficult-conversation practice, scoring and coaching.
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@tryhumandynamics.com.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use Human Dynamics, we may process:
- an anonymous browser-linked visitor identifier;
- scenario selections, roleplay messages, goals, shared context and debrief results;
- the private preparation or walk-away note that you choose to enter;
- optional feedback, rating, category and contact email;
- basic first-party product events such as page views, simulator starts, debrief views, education opens and pricing clicks;
- purchase and subscription identifiers and status received from our payment provider; and
- technical information needed for security, fraud prevention, rate limiting and service operation.
Please do not enter passwords, payment-card details, special-category personal data, confidential business information or third-party personal information that is not necessary for practice.
3. Why we process information
We use information to provide the simulator and debrief, maintain usage limits and session history, administer purchases and subscriptions, improve product quality, respond to feedback, protect the service, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, processing may rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where specifically requested, and legal obligations where applicable.
5. AI processing
Human Dynamics uses AI systems to generate counterpart responses and parts of the debrief and coaching experience. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. The service is a training and preparation tool and is not legal, medical, financial or psychological advice.
6. Service providers
Human Dynamics uses service providers to operate the product. These may include OpenAI for AI processing, Railway for hosting and infrastructure, and Paddle for payment processing and subscription administration. Paddle acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through Paddle and handles payment-card information directly; Human Dynamics does not store full payment-card details.
7. Browser storage and analytics
The service uses browser-local storage to keep an anonymous visitor identifier and to link practice history and access to the same browser. Human Dynamics also records a limited set of first-party product events on its own backend. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers for behavioural advertising.
8. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including operating the service, maintaining purchase and subscription records, handling support requests, security and legal compliance. Retention periods may differ by data type and legal requirement.
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including access controls, protected administration endpoints, request limits and secure transport. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
To exercise a privacy right, email support@tryhumandynamics.com and clearly state that your request concerns privacy.
11. Children
Human Dynamics is intended for users who are legally able to use the service and make purchases in their jurisdiction. Paid features must not be purchased by anyone who is not legally permitted to enter the relevant transaction.
12. International transfers
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for international transfers.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will show the latest revision.
