Refund Policy
How refund requests, subscription cancellations and statutory consumer rights are handled.

1. Payment processor
Paid Human Dynamics purchases are processed through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for transactions completed through Paddle Checkout.
2. Practice Pack
The Practice Pack is a one-time purchase that adds five simulations to the browser-linked Human Dynamics access record used at the time of purchase.
If the Practice Pack has not been used and you believe the purchase was made in error, contact us promptly at support@tryhumandynamics.com. Refund requests are reviewed in line with applicable consumer law and Paddle's transaction and refund processes.
3. Pro subscription
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel renewal at any time through the cancellation method made available for your subscription. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, Pro access continues until that date and future renewal stops.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already started.
4. Technical problems or duplicate charges
If you experience a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, or a technical problem that prevents you from receiving purchased access, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and, where appropriate, coordinate the correction or refund through Paddle.
5. Statutory consumer rights
Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected by this policy. Depending on your country and the circumstances of a digital-service purchase, you may have additional cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
6. How to request help
Email support@tryhumandynamics.com and include enough information to identify the transaction, but do not send full payment-card details.
You may also use the customer-support options provided in your Paddle payment receipt or Paddle-managed transaction communications.
7. Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned through the payment method and process used by Paddle. Processing times may depend on the payment method, financial institution and Paddle's review process.
