Terms of Use
Terms that apply when you use Human Dynamics and its paid practice plans.

1. The service
Human Dynamics provides interactive practice simulations for negotiations and difficult conversations, including AI-generated counterpart responses, scoring, debriefs and educational guidance.
2. Training tool, not professional advice
Human Dynamics is for practice, preparation and education. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular real-world situation. You remain responsible for your decisions and should obtain qualified professional advice where appropriate.
3. AI-generated content
Some service content is generated dynamically using AI. The Human Dynamics framework, scenario design and scoring logic provide structure, but AI-generated responses and feedback should be evaluated critically.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the service lawfully, provide only information you have the right to use, avoid unnecessary confidential or sensitive data, and not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, misuse or circumvent access and usage controls.
5. Free and paid access
The Free plan currently includes one complete simulation within the stated free-use window. The Practice Pack is a one-time purchase that adds five simulations. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that currently includes up to 50 simulations per billing period. Current prices and included usage are shown on the pricing section before checkout.
Human Dynamics may update features, limits or pricing for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter a transaction already completed.
6. Payments and Paddle
Paid purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for transactions completed through Paddle Checkout. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable transaction taxes and payment-card information. Your checkout will show the amount, currency, tax treatment where applicable, and whether a charge is one-time or recurring before you complete payment.
7. Pro renewal and cancellation
Pro renews monthly until canceled. The recurring price and billing interval are shown before purchase. If cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, Pro access continues until that period ends and then stops renewing. Unused Practice Pack credits are kept separately and are not removed because a Pro subscription is canceled.
8. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Human Dynamics Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. See Refund Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We may change scenarios, scoring, models, limits and features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider failures or technical issues.
10. Intellectual property
Human Dynamics branding, site design, original scenario content, methodology, scoring approach and original materials are protected to the extent permitted by law. You retain rights you have in content you submit, while granting the limited rights necessary to process that content to provide the service.
11. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, it may be used to improve Human Dynamics. Optional contact information is used only for the purpose for which you provide it.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that every AI response, score or recommendation will be correct or suitable for every situation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected by these Terms. Nothing here is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
